HOW WE WORK WITH YOU AS A CLIENT
If you have worked with Dougherty and Associates in the past, you know
that
we present you with the most qualified applicants available. Candidates
must
have graduated from a major law school in the top 20% of their class. They
must have had at least one year's experience as an associate in a major
law
firm or corporation. The majority come from referrals from other satisfied
candidates or clients, ensuring that the people you interview are the best
of
the best.
Dougherty and Associates operates under a strict code of conduct. As a
client
you can expect that:
- We will not recruit a candidate we have placed while the candidate
remains
in your employ.
- We will not recruit any attorney from the office of an employer in which
we have made a placement for a minimum of a six-month period following
that placement.
- We guarantee that any candidate referred to you has authorized us to do
so.
- We will provide you with the most accurate information known to us.
- We will never discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, national
origin
or other legally proscribed criteria.
